Suggested Protocol*

  1. Set target tidal volume to 110% of displayed patient tidal volume in the S/T mode or 8 cc per kg of ideal body weight.

  2. IPAP Max = 25-30 cm H20
    IPAP Min = EPAP + 4 cm H2O
